I don't normally let boat for sale posts here in the general forum, however the owners of Gracie Emmett a DE32 are having a health and financial crisis. They need to sell Gracie Emmett to cover already incurred costs and stop ongoing bills related to her. I have already listed her in boats for sale for them. I was hoping to get them a little money and someone a good deal in the 20,000 dollar range but they contacted me and asked to list it at 11,000 so they can just get her sold and get out from under her bills. If you are interested or know anyone else that might be then please give Ann Harrison a call at 845-518-2360
You can see current pictures under the boats for sale listing at

also gracie emmett has been one of the more documented boats here on the forums under boat profiles where the prior owners documented many of her modifications and upgrades. You can see them here http://downeasteryachts.com/fo.....cie-emmett
This is one of those deals you hear other people talking about once in a while where they got the deal of the century. From talking to Anne and a friend of the current owner that is also a sailor I think that the boat is currently sea worthy with just a couple minor cosmetic issues. Obviously you need to check that yourself if your interested in buying but if your on a low budget and want to go cruising this seems to be an almost turn key opportunity. If you have a decent budget and want a great deal well here it is.
If she doesn't sell quick the price will probably incrementally go up to help cover ongoing costs of storage.
