Wonder how east coasters did in the hurricane? The eye came ashore right over us in Pamlico Co. and stalled, so we got 18' higher water than 'Isobel' (which had already broken records) huge amount of damage in this area. Our boat OK and water got our insulation under the house but was 2' below the floors. Losts everything in the garage and workshop, cars, mowers, tools etc. Still clearing up the mess a week later!

Sorry to hear you got hit so hard. Glad your ok and your boat is good though 🙂 I hope you are able to speedily recover.

on the SC/NC border we had max 60 mile and hour winds.. pretty much a clean miss with no damage here for us.
