It was something we needed to do, the original headliner was sagging, moldy, orange from cigar smoke, and ugly. I decided to replace it with a PVC paneling easily available at Lowes or Home depot. It is waterproof and easy to work with. The overhead was wiped down with acetone, repairs made, then wood 1x2 pieces were glued to the surface with 5200. The paneling was cut and secured to the wood pieces using a small nail gun. Finishing included vinyl mouldings, caulking where needed, and small wood quarter round mouldings along the outboard edges. Two years and no issues so far! This is White Falcon.
