I was just looking for pictures of a DE38 under sail from a side orientation to use in creating a graphic to use as a flag on Valkyr and realized that there are relatively few pictures of any of our boats under sail on the site. So I am asking for pictures of boats under sail DE32's, DE38's, DE41's, and DE45's all wanted.

For my project if you have a DE38 picture that is side on under sail I would appreciate it. However this is now more in the nature of any Downeaster boat under sail from any orientation that looks good then please send it in. I will create pages for each of the boats, sloop and ketch that have pictures of that model under sail. Picture to have been taken from off the boat.. If you have a very dramatic photo taken under sail on your boat you can send that in also but mainly I am looking for ones taken from off the boat of it sailing.

You can reply to this post and upload your image into that post, or you can email the images to me at scott@scottcarle.com .. Decent hi res images wanted

Here's one of Bodhran back when she was all clean before I started outfitting her to go cruising:

And one from the friendly island races in Tonga a year or two back:

Thanks Jason 🙂

I saw on your blog that your working the tugs again. Sounds like hard work. At least it is working on the water 🙂

I have to head out tomorrow and go to someones office and sit in front of a computer and figure out what is wrong with a program and fix it..  I'm ready to never see another clients computer again in my life 🙁 We are hopefully counting down the months now to us living on the water. something to look forward to.
