Just finished putting the final hem in my Sailrite mainsail cover kit.  Highly recommended, instructions are extremely detailed and easy to follow.  This is coming from somebody who spent $100 on a Craigslist special sewing machine and didn't have any previous experience with sewing.

Very cool.... we have built a small bimini cover and have the material to make sail covers for staysail and main.. haven't gotten around to doing it yet though.
