VESSEL LAYOUT
This vessel is configuration with a 'V' entry, round underbody, full deep keel. An Anchor locker is in the v-berth. Large double v-berth and seat, two hanging lockers a large cabinet to port. Aft Port head with vanity, cabinet and shower. Aft is the main salon, straight to Starboard is a settee with stowage, and pilot berth above with lee cloth. The dinette which converts to a stacked 2 single berths. There is stowage below aft. The galley to Port, with navigation station across to Port. The settee, v-birth, and dinette fabric replaced 2018.
Bottom stripped and repainted 6/17, along with having the hull completely cleaned every 6 months! Thru hulls removed and replaced. Only 2 thru hulls below water line, galley sink and engine room, going to custom sea chest.
Known issues:
Forward Water tank pin hole leak. The 2 water tanks are isolated. I leave empty until cruising, then use first. Leak takes about 2 months to empty tank. Could be in hoses, I never checked, to hard for me to look below sole.
Mainsail sail cover will need to be replaced in a season.
Tap rail wood needs to be repaired, and/or painted. Rail is ornamental, not structure.
Price:23000
