There is a Downeaster 38 for sale near me.  I know it had replaced the fuel tank many years ago, therefore removed the teak floor completely (too bad).  It is in OK sailing condition I believe and was a group-owned-timeshare boat a couple decades ago.  I could probably find out more details if anyone is interested.   The owner is flying a certain political flag though (I wont say which one) so that should count for a large discount on the selling price. 

It's been for sale for over 1 year at around the same price.
