OK, I just splashed after a 6 week haul out in Pt Townsend WA.  List of items completed, with success and failures.  I will insert photos too.

1. scrapped, repaired damage and removed 7 thru hulls, replaced 2 thru hulls.  And painted bottom.

2. removed all ports, repaired rot as needed, scarfed in new cabin sides where the old bay fixed ports were.

3. installed sea chest in engine room.

4. removed overhead liner, (what a messy task, I think the worker at DE, must of been paid by the staple), replaced with removable panels covered in a silver grey hull liner.

5. put in new v-birth hatch, and added a small forward v-berth hatch.

6. added two mid-ship scuppers.

7. replaced two cock pit drains and added one in aft part of cockpit.

8. removed head, plumbing and holding tank.  Installed Natures head and added a platform for the feet.

9. build and installed a step up for the v-berth.

10. build and installed a spice rack, navigation over head cabinet, and two v-birth cubiles that attached in the upper outbound portion of the berth.

11. installed mast pulpits, and mizzen boom gallow.

12 installed new tigress windlass, with AGM remote battery.

13. replaced throttle and gear cables.

Partial install of new ceiling, I painted the cabin sides and it looks ok to us.  Note the new ports, with teak rings.

Wow! Nice work Travis. Got any pics of the finished scuppers/hawse holes? I'd love to see how they turned out.

Thanks, I thought I did, but I must of deleted them?  I will take a few shots next week, along with how we have the cockpit seating back rests set up.
