        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>The variation in the rigs is amazing at times. </p>
<p>Mine is a simple stainless steel eye bolt ( welded closed), right through the center of the sprit.</p>
<p>There is only one hole, so I&#039;m sure it&#039;s original. </p>
<p>Granted I&#039;m in a DE38, not a DE32. </p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Maybe look on mcmaster car or just get some high tensile stainless rod the right size and bend and thread it yourself or get someone to do it for you. You could also get some good quality bronze to do the same thing with.</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>I need to replace the u bolt that is on my bow sprit, 2 1/2" on center and needs to be 6" long, 7/16" stock. I could drill out to 1/2". Has anyone replaced this, I can&#039;t find one anywhere and mine is pretty rusty………..any ideas ?????????????</p>

<p>After a few hours of searching the internet, many calls to all over the US I finally found a u bolt the same size that I need, I ordered 2 !!! Hayn Enterprise in Conneticut and their distributer sailing services at 800 458 1074 part number DM150005, ask for Eric[Image Can Not Be Found]</p>
