I have a brand new Garhauer RV20-1SL rigid boom vang.  It is sized for a DE 38 cutter.  You will need to have or to procure the mast and boom brackets since I have installed the custom built ones that came with the vang on my boat.  Garhauer will probably fabricate them at a reasonable price.  I opted not to install it since it interferes with the main cabin hatch and I have a Dutchman arrangement.  Sort of like having a belt and suspenders for the topping lift.
