I did it in India in order to use my Netflix and other accounts that can't be accessed normally when out the country. Good trick to use.

Here is one service provider.  I have not used them, they are a good starting point for more info.

Since I am doing a lot of things from my boat now, via the local free wifi hotspot (which has no security, not good for especially financial stuff),  I'm going to consider subscribing to a VPN service or running VPN from my existing webhost.
