I think it is about 20ft.. They are very pricey... go for the low 20's to about as much as a DE 38 in really good shape in the mid 50's

Smaller boats are cute.  More to the point though, I find them good to look at in terms of design, & to learn more about sailing, because they are minimal & still very functional.  So I find them to be a good source of ideas.  (I chose 26' as the cutoff here for "small" because the "mid size" range is about 28-32 in most cruiser surveys I've seen)
