<p>Smaller boats are cute.  More to the point though, I find them good to look at in terms of design, &#38; to learn more about sailing, because they are minimal &#38; still very functional.  So I find them to be a good source of ideas.  (I chose 26&#039; as the cutoff here for "small" because the "mid size" range is about 28-32 in most cruiser surveys I&#039;ve seen)</p>
