By the way a friend lent me his latest copy of The Good Old Boat which has a nice article about DE38 Cabezon Cafe based in Port Townsend, WA, owned by Mike and Susan Gover.  They have made  extensive modifications to the boat, both in the cockpit area and below decks.  Maybe we can get him to provide the Forum with more details and photos.

I'll try to get a copy of the article and post it here.  If any members know Mike and/or Susan please ask if they can contribute some more details.
