Since there is the opportunity for negative comments about individuals and businesses here I will police this section a little more than most so make sure if you have negative feed back to leave about a business or individual that you stick to the facts and be fair about what you say. This isn't an open invitation to flame anyone just a place to tell about what products or services have given you good service that might help others in choosing a product. Or conversely to help others steer away from products or vendors that haven't lived up to their hype.

First in the topic name type the name and model number of the product or the name of the company and then out to the right of that give a rating

The ratings are a number range from -5 to +5

• +5 being this product rocks and is the best buy I have ever made
• 0 being your just kinda neutral about the product. It doesn't do  good things for you but it didn't really not work either.
• -5 being the product is flat out fraudulent/doesn't work at all to

In the body of the post

1. restate the product model,
2. what the product is,
3. how well it has or has not worked for you,
4. How long you have been using it or how long it lasted before it died,
5. where  you bought it and for how much if your willing to give that info.
6. any other info or commentary that you feel is pertinent or you just wish to give about the product and your usage of it.

If it is about a business or individual that has done some service for you or sold you a product and you had to deal with them on a customer service issue please,

1. Give the name, address and contact information for the business if you have them
2. Tell what they did for you and evaluate their performance in doing it.
3. Tell whether you would do business with them again or not and why.

For some evaluations it will be a combination of the above two with your rating a product and then when you had an issue of some kind your rating of their customer service in dealing with the issue. You might have a product that you love but be very unhappy with the support or conversely you might have a product that is not all it's cracked up to be but the company truly went out of their way to support it and you. If so be fair and give credit where credit is due.

Next if you see a review of a product that you have used and disagree or agree post a reply and let us know why? Don't talk about the other person that posted about that product just be factual and describe your personal experiences with it. This isn't the place to get into a big arguement about this stuff.
