The only details I have so far are

that she is located on SF Bay and that she has a New Engine, Generator, 120vac Wiring and needs more. I'm not sure what more is.

On the Hull and owner registry page it lists SV Liberty as a 1977 Ketch rig DE45 hull number 00050377-451. So she is the 5th DE45 hull built and was finished in march of 1977.
