few years, mostly between the Caribbean and the Chesapeake. The DE 45 looks like
it might be right. Also on our list are the Vagabond 42 and possibly a Whitby
42.
 
If we find the right boat (at the right price!) we would
buy it now. I've never been on a DE45 but from what I can see online it looks
right. If anyone is in the upper Chesapeake area on one I would love to come
aboard to see what it's like.
 
Our broker tried to get info and set up a day for us to
fly down to Florida and look at Sorrento but their broker never got back to us.
It looks like we were late on that one because now it shows on Yachtworld as
Sale Pending. It's a shame (for us, not the purchasers). The price was great and from what I could tell that
boat's in nice shape.
 
Our preference is for something on or near the East Coast.
Shipping is way too expensive and sailing would take too much time if it's out
west.
