Pegasus is well founded and a proven blue water vet. She's in excellent condition for her age. Built in Anaheim CA by DownEast Yachts and USCG documented.  I've owned her since '97 and with my wife and I she spent 9 seasons cruising the Pacific Coast of Mexico.  A previous owner circumnavigated '88 - '94.  Anyone reading this site will already know the virtues of the DE45 so I won't go into listing them here.

 

Details (short form):

Center cockpit, full keel

3 staterooms with double berths plus salon double.

2 heads, one shower.

Newer sails and rigging.

Perkins 4-154 (65HP @ 2800rpm) main engine.  Original with approximately 6000 hrs.

4KW Onan diesel genset.  1988 model with about 4000hrs

18gph electric water maker.

Autopilots, electric plus “Says Rig” wind

Wind and depth instruments.

HAM/MarineSSB radio with auto antenna coupler.
