Top notch work, one of the best I've seen.

You obviously replaced the headliner when you pulled the large cabin windows and installed the portlights. I'm curious to know what you used as the new headliner and how you went about replacing the cabin windows with the portlights.

Great name, BTW.

You will have to comment on your likes and dislikes on the stuff you have done.

We are always looking for a better way to organize ours.

We redid our cushions in the salon and vberth. We really like it other than the foam. I bought foam and had them cut it to our patterns at a local furniture company but I think the foam was not a decent quality. It seems to be getting soft in spots where it takes the most body weight over time. However It isn't hard to take the covers off and put them onto new foam. Next time I will get much stiffer and better quality foam.

I would really love to see pics of your lifelines. I have been thinking about redoing ours in solid stainless tubing a little higher than the stock ones.

Yes. The big windows were removed and replaced with port lights in the galley and the chart table.

Love the canvas cover over the galley shelves. It is MUCH easier to access and store things of all sizes. We have sailed in some pretty snotty stuff in the Channel Islands(as well on our cruise down south) and have never had anything thrown out. The snaps keep everything behind the canvas.

The Nautical Steins out of Ventura, Ca did our cusion work for us. They came out great. Also had them make us a custom mattress for the V-birth since this is our permanent home...we need to be comfortable.

The motor was replaced with a Yanmar. We redid all the rigging and shortened to boom about 3 feet. Replaced the lifelines with stainless steel rails integrated into the radar arch. Added 2 130 amp solar panels and an amp air 100 wind generator. Installed a Quality Waterworks watermaker, cockpit shower, a WH 222 Hydrolic autopilot(works in even the snottiest conditions) and had all new sails made.

We have done extensive cruising from Ventura, CA all througout the Channel Islands and most recently our longest journey was the 1400 miles from Ventura, Ca to La Cruz, Mexico(where we are currently). We are very pleased with how everything has come together and is working. Have had no major problems or issues.

Will post pics of all the work listed above(as soon as I can remember what folder I saved them in).

Definitely some differences from a stock boat. Did you guys take out the big windows and put the port lights in the galley, and I assume over the chart table also.

How do you like the fabric/canvas cover over the galley shelves instead of the stock sliding doors. It looks much easier access than the small doors but also that stuff might get thrown out easier. How has your real world experience been?

Nice job on the cushions in the saloon.. Those look really nice.
